Record one continuous video from start to finish. Don't stop and restart — walk through every room in a single take. It's fine to re-enter a room you've already shown (e.g. walking back through the living room to reach another hallway) — each unique room is only counted once regardless of how many times it appears in the video.
The STOP button ends the recording — it does not pause it. If you tap Stop before you're done, you'll need to start over. Only tap Stop once you've finished walking through the entire property.
If your phone's camera app has a separate Pause button (⏸), use that if you need to briefly stop — not Stop.
Walk through every room, closets, garage, and outdoor areas (patio/yard) — anything not shown in the video can't be included in your estimate.
Feel free to talk as you go! Saying things like "include the refrigerator," "don't take the desk in this room," or "the items in this room go to storage and the items in this room go to my daughter's house" helps us get your estimate right.
